Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ria Promoters platform (“Platform”) operated by Ria Money Transfer (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.
  • If registering on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax and financial reporting obligations.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Promoter Program Terms

Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are set by the Company and may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Current rates are displayed in your dashboard.
  • Commissions are earned on qualifying referrals as defined by the program rules communicated to you upon onboarding.

Referral Tracking

  • Referrals are tracked through your unique promotional links. You are responsible for using only the links provided through the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that result from prohibited activities, including self-referrals, fraud, or misleading advertising.

Payouts

  • Payouts are processed according to the schedule and method agreed upon during onboarding.
  • You must provide accurate banking information. We are not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect details.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting earnings and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

Sub-Promoters

  • If enabled for your account, you may recruit sub-promoters. You are responsible for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
  • Network override commissions, if applicable, are determined by the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by the Company or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use marketing materials provided through the Platform solely for authorized promotional activities.
  • You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute Company materials outside of the authorized promotional context.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent referrals or manipulate tracking systems.
  • Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Ria Money Transfer or its services.
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) using your referral links.
  • Violate any applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Use automated tools or bots to generate referrals or interact with the Platform.

7. Termination

  • By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Outstanding commissions will be forfeited upon voluntary deletion.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [applicable jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [applicable jurisdiction], without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms
